What types of signals can these displays accept?
Our Industrial Information Display Panels support various input types depending on the selected model, including analog signals (4–20 mA, 0–10 VDC and 0–5 VDC), digital inputs (NPN/PNP), and serial communication protocols such as RS232 and RS485. Ethernet TCP/IP and Modbus RTU options are also available for compatible models.
Can the displays connect to my PLC?
Yes. Our industrial displays can be integrated with compatible PLC systems, including Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Allen-Bradley and Delta. The connection method depends on the PLC interface, signal type and display model.
Can it show multiple lines or machines?
Yes. A single system can be configured to monitor and display information from multiple production lines, machines, or workstations. The layout and information displayed can be customized according to your production monitoring requirements.
Do the displays support Modbus communication?
Yes. Selected models support Modbus RTU over RS485 and, where specified, Ethernet TCP/IP communication. This allows the display to receive process data from compatible PLCs, controllers and industrial monitoring systems.
Can I display multiple parameters on one display?
Yes. Multi-parameter displays can show several process values on a single panel, such as pressure, flow rate and temperature. The layout, number of parameters, character height, colors and measurement units can be customized according to your application.
What is the update speed of the display?
The update speed depends on the input signal, communication protocol, controller and display configuration. For real-time process monitoring, the system can be configured to refresh readings at a suitable interval to provide clear and timely operational information.
Can the displays be customized?
Yes. We provide customized industrial display solutions based on your operational requirements, including display dimensions, digit height, number of parameters, LED colors, enclosure type, mounting method, input signals and communication interfaces. We can also discuss integration with existing PLCs and industrial control systems.
